This is a temporary role and the rate is £24.81ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of innovative opportunities for residents to engage with the council as their landlord, ensuring meaningful information sharing, feedback, consultation and involvement in decision-making. The role will oversee the Resident Engagement Strategy in collaboration with residents and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation and best practice, including guidance from the Regulator of Social Housing, the Housing Ombudsman Service and TPAS. It will also promote continuous learning, service improvement and a positive culture of resident engagement across all Housing services.
