The Role

*Join a large, established Residential Conveyancing department with genuine opportunities for career progression.
*Work alongside an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal within a collaborative team structure designed to develop your skills.
*Progress residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
*Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction.
*Review contracts, title documentation, mortgage offers and property searches.
*Raise enquiries and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing.
*Prepare reports on title and all associated client documentation.
*Deal with lender requirements, redemption statements and Certificates of Title.
*Prepare completion statements, invoices and undertakings.
*Coordinate exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.
*Maintain accurate case management records while delivering exceptional client care.
