Join Our Team as a Children’s / Adults Care assistant
Location: Doncaster
Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time( ad hoc shifts)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Keystone Healthcare is looking for a Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to individuals. We have recently acquired a contract with 8 Homes in Doncaster and are looking to expand our team! If you thrive in a challenging yet rewarding role and want to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD A MIINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS PAID EXPERIENCE IN PROFFESIONAL UK CARE SETTINGS. We do not offer Sponsorship.
These homes are for a variety of service users , the homes you work at would depend on your experience , availability and preferred locations.
Possible locations -
DN7 , DN4 , DN7 , DN11 , DN6 , DN5
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with personal care tasks,
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs
• Monitor health conditions and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ well-being
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Support clients with transport to appointments and social activities
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months paid experience in a professional care setting
*Able to provide 5 years worth of references
*Willing to complete mandatory training and have an enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication skills and empathy for clients
• A compassionate, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
*Right to work in the UK
