Full job descriptionOur client, Peterborough City Council is seeking an agency social worker for its Fostering team.


This post will last at least 3 months.


And it’s paid at £39 per hour.

The role will involve the following:
*Supervising Social Worker – Fostering
*£39ph Umbrella
*37 hours per week
*Sand Martin House (1 day in office)
*Supervise a caseload of up to 15 Fostering households.
*Carry out monthly supervisions, offer support, attend meetings, including Child Care Reviews, placement planning meetings.
*Complete Foster Carer annual reviews
*Support the placement team on a day duty rota
*Complete checks and risk assessments
*Work alongside children’s social work teams and education and clinical team.


Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
*Must have significant experience in Fostering social work
