Job Description:
Full job descriptionCatch 22 are recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management business based in Wokingham.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver H&S, environmental and quality training
*Maintain CHAS, ISO 14001 and support ISO 9001 accreditations
*Conduct accident investigations and implement preventative measures
*Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
*Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation
*Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
*Attend customer sites and company meetings across the region
About You:
*Previous experience within the cleaning or FM sector
*IOSH qualification (or equivalent H&S qualification)
*Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processes
*Experience managing ISO systems, CHAS and quality accreditations
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
