The Opportunity
This is a chance to play a key role for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate level you will be joining a established team who have a strong platform for growth. In this role there will be a focus in building client relationships, supporting the growth of key accounts and contributing to the development of the team’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll work On
*Employment advisory and contentious matters
*Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
*Restrictive covenants and senior executive exits
*Discrimination, whistleblowing and HR advisory issues
*Employment aspects of corporate transactions (including TUPE)
What experience is needed
*7+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
*Proven business development experience
*Experience of tribunal work (desirable)
*Ability to supervise and support junior team members
*Commercial, proactive and growth-focused mindset
