Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency or lettings experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and securing lets
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities
*Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the branch
*Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings process
About You*Previous experience within estate agency or lettings preferred
*Confident communicator with excellent people skills
*Target-driven with a proactive approach
*Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
