Description
*Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up-to-date.
*Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
*Prepare payment runs and ensure proper authorisations are in place.
*Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
*Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Work collaboratively with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless operations.
*Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts payable matters.
Profile
A successful Interim Accounts Payable should have:
*Previous experience in accounts payable
*A strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
*Competitive hourly rate ranging from £14.00 to £16.00, depending on experience.

*2 days in the office and 3 days from home once trained
