Description
Primary Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain the integrated implementation plan.
*Coordinate activities across impacted teams and divisions
*Consolidate operational requirements into a single delivery plan.
*Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
*Coordinate laboratory moves, equipment installation, and validation activities (lift-and-shift).
*Support the development of cost, resource, and implementation plans.
*Prepare governance papers and progress reports.
*Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and track actions.
Secondary Responsibilities
*Support Discovery Operations with other business-critical implementation activities, as priorities allow.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational planning and governance.
Profile
Experience Required
*Experience as a infrastructure / operational Project Manager in a healthcare/ life science setting
*Experience delivering lift-and-shift projects within a Life Sciences environment or in a similar sector.
*Experience managing and delivering complex operational change programmes.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Strong stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Offer
*Daily Rate outside IR35 (DOE)
*immediate Start
*6 Month contract
