What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Manage a residential lettings portfolio from tenancy start through to completion
*Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
*Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor works to ensure properties are well maintained
*Ensure all properties meet current legislation, compliance requirements, and company standards
*Liaise closely with the Lettings team to support smooth processes and excellent service delivery
*Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for service improvements
