Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers is currently working with a tier 2 Legal 500 firm, in the City of London. They are seeking a Employment Associate for a 4 years+ PQE. You will be working with high profile cases within the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a caseload of both contentious and advisory work, with a focus on:
*Discrimination complaints
*Whistleblowing concerns
*Grievance and disciplinary matters
*TUPE
*Redundancy
*Employment issues involving safeguarding
*Employment status
Skills Required
*4 years + PQE Employment Law experience in UK
*Experience managing work for multiple partners and clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Genuine interest in the work, with a willingness to ask questions and propose ideas
