*Location: Edinburgh
*Salary: £36,500 - £48,000 per annum + bonuses and benefits
*Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you will oversee the leadership, development, and operation of a residential children’s home. This pivotal role involves upholding exceptional care standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for children to prosper.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and strategically oversee the home’s daily operations.
*Deliver high-quality, child-centred, and trauma-informed care.
*Uphold a robust culture of safeguarding and child protection.
*Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular supervision, training, and support.
*Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and SSSC requirements.
*Efficiently manage staffing, budgets, rotas, and resources.
*Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, regulatory bodies, and partner agencies.
About You

Qualifications and Experience
*SVQ Level 4 / SCQF Level 9 in Children and Young People, with CSLM or equivalent.
*At least 2 years’ management experience and 5 years in residential childcare.
*Experience in staff supervision within a residential care setting.
*Full UK driving licence.
