Full job descriptionBlue Hibiscus Hair Artistry Ltd is seeking a commercially focused Business Sales Executive to support the growth of our hair and beauty business in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting new clients, developing business partnerships, promoting our services and helping the company achieve its sales and revenue targets. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position
Key responsibilities
*Develop and implement practical sales and business-development plans.
*Identify and approach new individual and corporate clients.
*Build relationships with local businesses, event organisers, wedding suppliers, community groups and other potential partners.
*Promote salon services, packages, memberships and special offers.
*Generate leads through telephone calls, email, social media, networking and face-to-face engagement.
*Follow up enquiries and convert prospects into paying customers.
*Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity and customer interactions.
*Monitor sales performance and provide regular progress reports.
*Work with management to support campaigns and promotions and business development activities
*Maintain a professional understanding of the company’s services, pricing and customer policies.
Essential requirements
*Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer-focused role.
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Confidence in approaching prospective clients and presenting services.
*Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet agreed targets.
*Good organisational and administrative skills.
*Competent in using email, Microsoft Office and customer-management systems.
*Professional, reliable and commercially aware.
*Experience within the hair, beauty, retail, hospitality or service sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.

*£34,000 per annum.
