Your Responsibilities*Support children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
*Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
*Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Support observations, assessments, and children’s learning journeys
*Encourage children’s confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
*Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning
*Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable
*Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
*A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Knowledge of the EYFS framework is beneficial
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
