Position: Teacher – Maths Lead
Location: Bluebank School, Whittington Moor, Derbyshire, S41 8LQ
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.00pm
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Start: September 2026

AsourMathsSubjectLead,youwill:
*Leadanddevelopanoutstandingmathscurriculumacrosstheschool.
*Inspirealoveofmathematicsthroughengaging,creativeandinclusiveteachingapproaches.
*Support,mentorandcoachcolleaguestocontinuallyimproveteachingandlearning.
*Modelexceptionalclassroompracticeandshareeffectivestrategiesacrosstheteam.
*Monitorstudentprogressandusedatatodriveimprovementsinattainmentandoutcomes.
*Workcollaborativelywithseniorleadersonwhole-schoolimprovementinitiatives.
*Promotehighexpectations,curiosityandconfidenceinmathsforeverylearner.
