Description
*Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
*Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
*Assist with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
*Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
*Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
*Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role.
*A good understanding of financial processes and systems.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Must want to progress with their ACCA studies. Early studiers encouraged to apply.
Please note - this role is 5 days per week in the office (No Hybrid Working offered)
Job Offer
*Salary between £30,000 and £34,000, dependent on the level of experience.
