Full job descriptionOur client who is based in North Preston, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This varied role will be a general accounting and admin support to the finance team.
Duties include:
*Processing invoices and dealing with supplier queries
*Prepare and process sales invoices liaising with customers as and when required
*Request and process documentation for subcontractors
*Credit Control duties when needed
*Allocating payments
*Understanding the CIS scheme would be an advantage but isn’t essential
*Regularly using Excel
Someone from a varied accounting role would be ideal for this position. This person also needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good communication skills and have good attention to detail.
