Location: Eynsham
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum + Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 | Fulltime
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team in Eynsham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a clean, organised warehouse where accuracy and quality are valued over speed. You’ll become part of a supportive team responsible for ensuring materials and products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including:
*Receiving and processing inbound deliveries.
*Unloading vehicles and moving stock into the warehouse.
*Accurately booking stock using warehouse management systems.
*Storing materials safely within designated locations.
*Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
*Processing returns and reusable packaging.
*Supporting stock control and inventory checks.
*Assisting with specialist warehouse activities following full training.
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
*Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Experience using warehouse or stock management systems is beneficial.
*A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
*Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Desirable Skills
*Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
*Reach Truck Licence.
*Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
