This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy reservations team, managing group accommodation bookings and delivering exceptional service from enquiry through to confirmation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and coordinating multiple bookings, this could be the ideal role for you.
The Role*Manage group reservation enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
*Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for group bookings.
*Coordinate accommodation requirements, rooming lists, amendments and special requests.
*Liaise with hotels and suppliers to secure availability and negotiate the best possible rates.
*Confirm bookings and ensure all reservation details are accurate and up to date.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
*Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple bookings and deadlines.
*Ensure all administration and reservation records are maintained accurately.
About You*Previous experience within Group Reservations, Hotel Reservations, Hotel Reception, Inbound Travel or the Travel Industry.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Fluent Italian and English speaker essential
*Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
*Confident using reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
*A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
