Full job descriptionThis 18-month FTC (to Perm) is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to support UK & Ireland payroll and benefits for a well known consumer business, ensuring accurate payroll delivery, compliance and reporting. The role combines payroll, benefits administration, analytics and process improvement, while partnering closely with HR and Finance during an exciting period of business growth and transformation.

Description
*Manage the end-to-end UK & Ireland payroll process through ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
*Administer employee benefits, including pensions, private medical insurance and life assurance.
*Produce payroll, reward and headcount reporting, using advanced Excel to analyse data and identify trends.
*Support annual processes including P11Ds, PSA submissions, Gender Pay Gap reporting and compensation reviews.
*Partner with HR and Finance on payroll reconciliations, audits, budgeting and process improvements.
*Act as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
*Ideally 4 - 6 years experience managing end-to-end UK payroll, with Ireland payroll experience advantageous.
*Experience using ADP, Workday, Oracle or SAP payroll systems.
*Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse large volumes of data and produce meaningful insights.
*Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, pensions and statutory requirements.
*Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships.
*Comfortable working onsite five days per week in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
