Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join a growing team within digital advertising.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for music, a strong understanding of paid media, and a creative, data-driven approach to digital marketing. You’ll manage campaigns for artists, labels, management companies and festivals, helping them connect with audiences and achieve meaningful results.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
*Manage multiple client accounts and deliver against campaign objectives
*Develop audience targeting, budgets and campaign strategy
*Analyse performance and provide reporting and recommendations
*Collaborate on creative, copywriting and campaign planning
*Use data to continuously test, learn and improve results
About You
*paid media experience within the music industry
*Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok and Google Ads experience is a plus)
*Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Detail-oriented, proactive and creative
*Passionate about music and digital culture
