REED FE are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Executive PA to provide ongoing temporary cover in an Education setting based in South London between Croydon and Redhill.
*Executive PA (Temporary)
*Location: Cross-college
*Rate: £20.00ph PAYE or £24ph Umbrella
*Job Type: Temporary
*Hours: 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Government Update Service as this is working in an Education Setting
Day-to-day of the role of an Executive PA:
*Manage complex Executive diaries, balancing strategic and operational priorities.
*Support the organisation of meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions where required.
*Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and meeting papers with precision.
*Act as a professional first point of contact for senior stakeholders and partners.
*Coordinate Corporation, Committee, and leadership meetings end-to-end.
*Take ownership of Executive administrative systems.
*Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Support projects, risk management processes, and governance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the PA role:
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
*Experience managing complex schedules and high-level meetings.
*Excellent knowledge of IT packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, SharePoint).
*Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent deadlines.
*Experience providing PA support at a senior level, including preparing papers for boards and executive meetings.
*Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
*Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.
*Good problem-solving skills.
*Experience working with confidential or sensitive information in line with data protection requirements.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of audiences.
*An excellent standard of IT skills.
*Experience in an education setting ( not essential )
