Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

As a Systems & Analytics Technician, you’ll help develop and maintain digital dashboards, create insightful reports and support the delivery of new technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically curious individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing to innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance digital dashboards and control platforms.
*Support the implementation and management of dashboards using tools like JavaScript and MQTT or similar technologies.
*Assist in building, testing and improving software solutions to capture and visualise operational data.
*Create reports and visual insights using tools such as Power BI or automation platforms to inform decision making.
*Work with colleagues to optimise data flows, system processes and platform performance.
*Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate new approaches where appropriate.
*Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within dashboards or connected systems.
*Contribute technical ideas and solutions to help innovate and continuously improve platform functionality.
Skills & Experience:
*Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, MQTT and similar technologies; training will be provided to build your skills.
*Comfortable working with dashboards or reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Automate, with support to learn on the job.
*Curious and enthusiastic about using data and technology to solve problems and improve processes.
*Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
*Good communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and support client needs.
*A proactive, solution focused attitude, keen to learn, develop and contribute to meaningful projects.
