An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Payroll Assistant to join a growing organisation based in the Warrington area. This is a varied position offering exposure to all aspects of transactional finance and payroll within a supportive team environment.
This role would suit an experienced Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Payroll Assistant looking to broaden their skills and develop their career.

Key Responsibilities
*Process purchase ledger invoices, supplier payments and account reconciliations.
*Support monthly payroll processing, including starters, leavers and payroll adjustments.
*Maintain accurate financial records, expenses and employee payroll data.
*Assist with month-end activities including journals, reconciliations and reporting.
*Respond to finance and payroll queries whilst supporting continuous process improvements.
About You
*Previous experience in a finance, accounts or payroll position.
*Knowledge of purchase ledger, reconciliations and payroll processes.
*Good Excel skills and confidence using finance systems.
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
