HR Coordinator, Greater Manchester, 12 Month FTC, £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
Macmillan Davies is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator - Employee Engagement & Learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to support employee engagement, learning and development, and a broad range of HR activities within a collaborative team.
Main duties include:
*Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, wellbeing activities and onboarding.
*Support the delivery of learning and development programmes, CPD and mandatory training.
*Manage learning and performance records through the HR system, ensuring accurate reporting.
*Support the administration of performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
*Gather and analyse HR data to measure the success of engagement and learning activities.
*Provide HR administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle.
*Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
*Exposure to employee engagement and/or learning and development activities.
*Experience using HR systems and producing accurate reports.
*Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
*CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
