Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an independent, luxury hotel in central Bath, to recruit an exceptional Duty Manager to lead their front of house teams. Located in the heart of Bath, this award-winning hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, with a major expansion underway.

DAY TO DAY
As Duty Manager, you’ll be a visible leader, working alongside the reception, housekeeping, and future restaurant teams to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the hotel operation during your shift.
* Supporting and supervising reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams.
* Working on reception and assisting with food and beverage service when required.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.
* Handling guest queries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
* Maintaining the highest presentation standards throughout the hotel.
* Coordinating communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Coaching, motivating and developing team members.
* Assisting with the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
* Ensuring health, safety and operational procedures are consistently followed.
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within a quality hotel.
* A genuine passion for boutique hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys supporting and developing others.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A positive, professional and guest-focused approach.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Typical shifts currently include:
* 7:00am – 3:00pm
* 3:00pm – 11:00pm
