Full job descriptionLogistics and Procurement Coordinator (18-month contract) - Chesterfield - c£37,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with a growing engineering business based in Chesterfield that is looking to appoint a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to join its Supply Chain team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

The Role
*Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across road, sea and air freight
*Manage international import and export activity, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
*Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and packing providers to ensure on time deliveries
*Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
*Monitor freight performance, resolve delays and identify continuous improvement opportunities
*Raise and manage purchase orders for spares and selected components
The Person
*Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or procurement role
*Experience coordinating international imports and exports
*Strong understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation
*Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills
