Full job descriptionJob Title: Administrator / Receptionist
Hours: Part Time (2 days per week)
Location: Southampton (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
*Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
*Manage and monitor inboxes, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner
*Provide reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
*Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders regarding facilities-related services and issues
*Coordinate bookings and ensure meeting rooms are set up, presentable, and well-maintained
*Ensure all communal and office areas are kept tidy and organised
*Monitor and maintain stock of office and facilities supplies
*Support the wider facilities team with administrative tasks and record keeping
Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in a facilities, or support role (desirable)
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Professional and friendly manner
*Basic IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office
Personal Attributes
*Reliable and proactive
*Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
*Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards
*Professional and approachable
