On a day-to-day basis as a HR Advisor you will -
*Provide a full generalist HR service to the business
*Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers
*Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
*Manage a range or ER / HR issues and cases – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance
*Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
*Analyse and compile management information
*Identify opportunities for change and improvement
As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands on HR and ER advising, within a fast paced environment.
