Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and provide additional support where required.Opportunities include:
*General classroom Teaching Assistant roles
*1:1 support positions
*SEN Teaching Assistant roles
*Long-term and day-to-day supply work
*Full-time and part-time opportunities
You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their potential while supporting their social, emotional and academic development.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or within a school setting
*A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent is desirable
*Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous
*A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A flexible, positive and proactive approach
