The Hours You’ll Work
*Monday - Thursday 06:00 am – 14:00 pm / Friday 06:00 am – 12:00pm
*Monday - Thursday, 14:00 pm – 22:00 pm / Friday 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm
*Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 am
You must be able to work this full rotation, day shift, back shift, and then 3 weeks of night shift, and then the rotation will continue

*MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Washington area
The Job You’ll Do;
*Following standard operation procedure paper work and following to exact specifications
*Hand assembly of a variety of components
*Working with a variety of small plastic components within a very sterile working environment
*Machine operation on a variety of injection moulding machinery
*Setting and operation of machinery after training
*You will be trained on a variety of departments within your first 12 weeks training period
*Quality inspection of a range of components.
*Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
*Must be comfortable to wear a variety of PPE, including hairnets, gowns, beard snoods, and other associated PPE
About You;
*Please do not apply if you cannot do 3 weeks of nights, followed by 1 weeks of day and 1 week of back shift.
*Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
*A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
*Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
*Must be comfortable working in a clean and sanitised working environment and wearing a variety of PPE.
*Good time keeping and attendance standards are required for this role
*Be happy to be trained by an experienced lead operator initially
*The company are subject to random drugs and alcohol testing
*Must be able to accept a permanent contract after successful completion of a 12 week probation period
