Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to step off the tools and move into a supervisory role overseeing a small team of maintenance engineers?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a maintenance background who is looking to take the next step in their career, move away from a fully hands-on role, and oversee day-to-day maintenance activity across the site.

In this days-based position, you will be responsible for setting work for a small team of maintenance engineers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely, and checking risk assessments and method statements before work is carried out.

This position would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer who is looking to step off the tools, lead a small team, and benefit from plenty of training and progression opportunities.

The Role:
*Supervising a small team of maintenance engineers
*Setting work and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed correctly
*Checking risk assessments and method statements
*£35,000 - £40,000
*Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
*Plenty of training and progression available

The Person:
*Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer
*Looking to step off the tools into a supervisory position
*Comfortable overseeing a small team and checking that work is completed correctly
*Experience with risk assessments and method statements
*Commutable to Barnsley
