Responsibilities as Audit & Accounts Manager
*Proactively lead and manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
*Plan, execute, and complete audit and accounts assignments in line with regulatory standards.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members.
*Review work and ensure high-quality deliverables, reporting to directors.
*Attend client and prospect client meetings and build and maintain strong client relationships,
*Work alongside the leadership team and liaising with internal departments.
*Contribute to business development and the growth of the firm.
*Assist the directors with ad hoc advisory services and special work.
*Manage work in progress and billing including agreement of fees on your portfolio of engagements.
Skills & experience we’re looking for in an Audit & Accounts Manager:
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
*Previous experience in audit and accounts.
*Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
*A proactive and client-focused approach.
*Full UK driving licence.
