Full job descriptionAccounts Payable Assistant
Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Newcastle based client with their temporary Accounts Payable Assistant requirement. This is a rolling contract with immediate start offered.
The Role
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:
*Inputting high volume invoices
*Set up new supplier accounts
*Perform monthly reconciliations
*Prepare BACS payments
*Deal with supplier queries
*Adhoc duties across the function
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
*Experience in high volume Accounts Payable role
*Strong attention to detail
*Good organisational skills
*Exposure across various finance systems
*Available to start on short notice
