Key Responsibilities
*Lead the finance function, ensuring robust reporting, controls and governance
*Act as a trusted member of the leadership team, contributing to strategy and business planning
*Provide clear financial insight to support better decision making and drive overall performance
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
*Strengthen visibility of business performance, identifying risks and opportunities early
*Manage cash, financial risk and overall financial discipline
*Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support growth and efficiency
*Build and develop a capable, engaged finance team
*Ensure high quality reporting within a structured group environment
Key Skills preferred
*Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
*Experience operating at FD or senior finance leadership level
*Background in engineering, manufacturing or a commercially driven environment
*Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and challenge
*Experience working within a group or structured reporting environment
*Confident communicator, able to engage and influence at Board level
*Hands on, pragmatic style with a willingness to get close to the business
*Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams
