Description
*Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
*Resolve payment queries and discrepancies effectively.
*Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers.
*Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
*Reconcile accounts and produce regular financial reports.
*Work closely with internal teams to manage credit limits and approvals.
*Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
*Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Experience in credit control or a related financial role.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
*Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
*A good understanding of financial processes and compliance.
*The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
