*Job Type: Temporary (6-8 weeks)
*Location: Norwich
*Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm; preferred shifts 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 8am-4pm
We are seeking two Administrative Support staff to join our busy team in Norwich for a temporary period of 6 to 8 weeks. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in NHS or medical settings, capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage referrals and schedule first appointments.
*Handle the management of the email inbox efficiently.
*Ensure clinical outcomes are processed and sent to GPs as required.
*Use systems such as SystmOne, Patient Stores, ERS, and sOLITOM to maintain accurate records and data.
*Follow detailed instructions and use initiative to solve problems.
*Maintain regular contact with GPs and ensure all communications are thorough and professional.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in an administrative role within NHS or medical settings is highly desirable.
*Proficiency in using medical systems like SystmOne, Patient Stores, ERS, and sOLITOM.
*Ability to follow instructions accurately and use initiative where necessary.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy inbox.
*Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Must be able to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
