A Financial Advisory firm is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of the office. You will be a key player in overseeing Operations to deliver optimised workflows and maintaining the compliance and profitability of the firm.
You Will be Responsible For:
*Liaising with the FCA to ensure the firm is compliant
*Actively managing and organising staff incentives
*Assisting with the production of Management and Company Accounts
We Are Looking For:
*You must have previous experience in a Financial Advisory or Financial Planning organisation
*Strong track record of managing small-to-medium-sized teams
*Capable of maintaining excellent attention to detail and time management with a methodical approach to tasks
