Key Responsibilities as a SEN Classroom Assistant:
*Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings
*Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs
*Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially
*Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs
What The School Are Looking For As a SEN Classroom Assistant:
*A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN
*Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents
*A positive, patient, and flexible approach to challenges
