As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our production team.
We provide full training, so this role would suit someone looking to develop new skills within a friendly and supportive manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on production role where you’ll work as part of our manufacturing team preparing, coating and inspecting electronic assemblies.
Following full training, your duties will include:
*Preparing electronic assemblies for processing
*Masking and demasking printed circuit boards (PCBs)
*Applying specialist conformal coatings
*Carrying out visual inspections
*Following work instructions and customer specifications
*Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
*Working safely as part of a close-knit team
Every product we process is different, making this an interesting role where attention to detail is important.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or electronics would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
