Full job descriptionHIRING: Senior Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to join a large and growing global property management company. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while supporting the wider property management team.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to tenancy end
*Overseeing lettings administration, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
*Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes
*Managing rent collection, reconciliations, statements, and arrears control
*Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, landlords, and managing agents to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
*Organising and monitoring statutory compliance, including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), EPCs, and other legal requirements
*Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and resolving queries professionally
*Negotiating tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and updated tenancy terms
*Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports with recommendations
*Supporting overseas landlords and overseeing the onboarding of new properties
*Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and industry best practice
*Assisting with mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of property management processes
About You*ARLA Propertymark qualification (essential)
*3+ years’ experience in residential property management
*Experience managing 100 + AST Portfolio
*Strong knowledge of UK residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
*Outstanding communication and customer service skills
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
