The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on more complex matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
*Managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases
*Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
*Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently
*Maintaining regular client contact and delivering excellent service
*Supporting the wider team on larger and more complex cases where required
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
*Has 1–5 years’ PQE in personal injury litigation
*Has experience managing their own caseload
*Enjoys working directly with clients
*Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
*Is comfortable prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
*Has experience using case management systems
*Takes a practical and client-focused approach
