Description
*Lead a team of 3 qualified management accountants
*Responsible for managing the budgets for 3 high profile areas
*Provide financial advice and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to aid decision-making processes.
*Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*In month analysis of performance v KPI’s and meet with stakeholders to discuss.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
*Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
*Collaborate with teams to improve financial performance and efficiency.
*Support the preparation of business cases and financial models.
*Deliver accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
*Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
*Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
*Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
Job Offer
*A daily rate of £350 to £450, dependent on the level of experience.
*Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility.
*Temporary contract within the Not for Profit sector in Cardiff.
