Full job descriptionOur client is seeking a Leasing Associate to join the team at a flagship 300+ unit Build to Rent development.

As the face of the development, you’ll be at the heart of the resident journey, showcasing beautiful homes, building lasting relationships and helping people find a place they’re proud to call home. Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the leasing journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
*Conduct engaging property tours and showcase the benefits of the community
*Build strong relationships with prospective and existing residents
*Respond to enquiries promptly and maintain accurate CRM records
*Support occupancy and leasing targets through proactive follow-up and conversion activity
*Coordinate move-ins, inventories and tenancy administration
*Work closely with the wider onsite team to ensure an exceptional resident experience
*Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings to maximise leasing performance
Your Requirements:
*Experience in Build to Rent, PBSA, residential lettings, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Commercially minded with an ability to influence and convert enquiries
*Experience using CRM systems and managing customer pipelines
*Positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for customer service
*Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the site’s leasing operation
