Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Provide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and related local government matters.
*Draft, negotiate, and complete a range of legal agreements, including:*Section 106 Agreements
*Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements
*Highway dedication and stopping-up orders
*Infrastructure and development agreements

*Advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement actions, and judicial review matters.
*Represent the organisation in negotiations, meetings, tribunals, and court proceedings where required.
*Support regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
*Manage a varied caseload independently while delivering excellent client service.
*Assist in developing legal policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
