The role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of service charge accounts and ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing service charge accounts and year-end reconciliations
*Producing budgets and monitoring expenditure against forecast
*Reviewing income, expenditure and reserve fund movements
*Investigating and resolving service charge queries
*Liaising with property managers, clients, auditors and other stakeholders
*Ensuring accounts are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
*Supporting the wider team during peak periods
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting
About you
Previous experience within a service charge accounting role is essential.
You may already be operating at this level and looking to use your experience within a more supportive, modern and rewarding environment. You will be organised, accurate and confident managing deadlines, with the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
