Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a Housing Needs team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality case management.
*Oversee homelessness prevention, relief and assessment activity in line with current housing legislation and best practice.
*Monitor team performance, ensuring targets, service standards and statutory responsibilities are met.
*Manage complex housing cases, complaints and escalations.
*Work collaboratively with external partners, landlords, support providers and voluntary organisations to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
*Support the delivery of services relating to the Renters Rights Act and associated enforcement responsibilities.
*Develop team capability through coaching, supervision and performance management.
*Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of housing services.
