Full job descriptionRegional Sales Manager - ScotlandLocation: Scotland Salary: Competitive Benefits: Company car + bonus
A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment.
Typical Duties (not limited to):*Leading and developing a team of Sales Managers across Scotland
*Owning and delivering the regional sales plan
*Selling crushers, screeners, shredders, material handlers and attachments
*Managing key accounts and building new high-value relationships
*Handling part-exchange and trade-in opportunities
*Using digital tools for pipeline, forecasting and quoting
*Working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams
*Attending industry shows/exhibitions when required
To be considered:*Proven senior sales experience in material processing, recycling or material handling
*Strong commercial awareness with solid pipeline and margin management
*Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
*Self-motivated, structured and results-driven
*Strong IT literacy
*Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel
