The role of a Care Assistant:*Provide high-quality personal care and support
to residents.
*Assist with medication administration and recording.
*Support
residents with daily living activities and routines.
*Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
*Help enrich residents’ lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
*Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.
*Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
About you:
You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.*Training provided

*Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
*To be available to work 30 hours per week to include working alternate weekends
*Previous experience of working in care home is required for this role
