Job Title: Groundsman / Manual Labourer
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
£13.54 per hour AND weekly pay
Location: Chertsey , Surrey
Role Summary:
To carry out grounds maintenance and general manual labour duties to ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
*Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming.
*Digging and preparing ground for planting, landscaping, drainage, and maintenance works.
*Planting, watering, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
*Litter picking and keeping outdoor areas clean.
*Assisting with fencing, paving, and minor repairs.
*Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
*Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance machinery and hand tools safely.
*Following health and safety procedures at all times.
*Working as part of a team and completing tasks to a high standard.
Skills and Experience:
*Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or manual labour is desirable but not essential.
*Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
*Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
*Able to use hand tools and power equipment safely.
*Full UK driving licence is desirable.
